Miles Pittman

Miles Pittman is a charismatic and empathic innovator in the field of experiential leadership and teambuilding programing. Renowned for his practical, street-savvy style, Miles facilitates coaching that aids clients in recognizing how leadership is about moment-to-moment choice and not about title, tenure or position. Miles’ unique ability to incorporate art, music and dance aids teams in stepping outside of their comfort zone and recognizing alternative ways to shake off mediocrity and live up to their greatness. Whether participating in a Ropes Course challenge course or engaged in process activities Miles’ facilitation of stories, lessons, activities and words of wisdom connect with his audience at an intimate, intense and individual level. Miles’ programs are pumped full of energy and passion to produce positive change. When Miles speaks, he reaches the heart of his audience motivating change in themselves and to make a difference in their communities.
Miles is a graduate of Humboldt State University with a B.A. in Fine Arts and a specialty in Graphic Design obtained from the University of Callaghan, Newcastle, Australia. Miles has severed as both the Arts Director and School-Based Inner City programs Coordinator at Fulcrum Learning Systems, Inc. since 2008. Miles’ high energy, charisma, and though provoking facilitation makes him one of Fulcrums top requested facilitators.  Miles holds certification from MITT (Mastery in Transformational Training). Miles facilitates leadership, self-esteem, and teambuilding workshops for inner city youth, probation youth, foster care, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, gang prevention and professional development for nonprofit and corporate clients.
