Her expertise combines her knowledge of leadership theory with outdoor-initiative activities that lead individuals to a greater awareness of their importance to their communities, schools, and organizations. Leslie has been involved with facilitating leadership trainings since 1986. She is the proud mother of two beautiful boys.
