ROGER BUTTERS, Ph.D. – Associate Professor at Hillsdale College, has taught in both the public and private sectors. His qualifications include a background in financial markets and international trade, traditional classroom teaching and extensive experience in online teaching and coursework development. Dr. Butters has been invited to teach seminars on economics and international finance at universities around the United States, Europe, and China.
