Eric Fields

Eric Fields teaches economics and AP Microeconomics in Jacksonville, Florida. He also teaches Principles of Microeconomics at Florida State College of Jacksonville. In 2022, Eric was named the Florida Economic Educator of the Year by the Florida Council for Economic Education.  

In addition to being an FTE Economics Instructor, he is a reader and question leader for the AP Microeconomics exam, and he served as the co-chair on the College Board’s AP Microeconomics test development committee.  

Eric is on the Teacher Advisory Board for Marginal Revolution University and is a teacher ambassador for Retro Report. He holds a Masters in Economics and Entrepreneurship Education from the University of Delaware. Eric loves spending time with family and friends, and he is a huge sports fan, especially Chicago sports teams.
