Todd Creekmore

Todd Creekmore (EFL Atlanta 2011) leads the staff and faculty engagement program at Pepperdine University, where he designs initiatives that promote personal well-being, professional growth, and a sense of belonging across the campus community. Drawing on his background in corporate team building and youth development, he combines creativity and strategy to craft experiences that help individuals and teams thrive.

Todd earned degrees in Commerce and Business Administration (BS) from The University of Alabama and Organizational Psychology (MS) from the University of Southern California, pursuing his passion for helping people grow and perform at their best. He develops original workshops on leadership, wellness, and purpose-driven work, blending research-based practices with genuine care for the people he serves.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys hiking and biking, attending live sporting events, exploring new ideas in psychology and human performance, and soaking up life in Los Angeles.
