Bennell LaPorte

Bennell LaPorte (EFL Anchorage 2002; Reunion Loyola Marymount 2003)

Bennell is a global event planner, entrepreneur, and business coach with over fifteen years of experience producing high-profile events for organizations including the NFL, NBA, and State Farm to name a few. Her background spans corporate and nonprofit leadership across operations, people management, finance, and event production, giving her a deep understanding of how to design experiences that foster genuine connection and measurable impact.

Through her firm, LaPorte & Company, she not only produces high-stakes events but also leads strategic consulting for brands and mission-driven organizations seeking to strengthen visibility, drive revenue growth, and ensure their events align with purpose.

A proud alumna of the FTE community, Bennell first joined the foundation as a student in the 2002 EFL Anchorage program and later served as a Program Coordinator before becoming a Student Administrator. She continues to return each year, inspired by the personal and professional growth she sees in students and staff alike through the course of a program week.

Outside of her professional work, Bennell is an avid traveler, food enthusiast, and mentor to college students. Currently, she serves as Alumnae Advisory Committee Chairman for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women at Arizona State University and lends her time and expertise to support several other advisory boards.
